Flexider Awarded an FCC Expansion Joints contract for a Refinery in India
Flexider has been awarded a contract to design and manufacture two metallic expansion joints for a new FCC unit in an important refinery in Southern India.
The new expansion joints will be installed in the new Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit:
- Spent catalyst standpipe expansion joint, double ply testable bellows ND 1350 mm
- Regenerated catalyst standpipe expansion joint, double ply testable bellows ND 1350 mm
These expansion joints will be working on 750°C with a very corrosive fluid and are designed according to Shaw & Webster specifications.
